  For me buying a car is the easy bit and tbh in terms of the build and technology within now all much of a muchness. The important bit to me is the service, the after care, the hand holding if you will; by far a great car company and certainly the nicest service departments to deal with. My only gripe(v minor) and therefore suggestion for improvement would be if a customer is spending £300+ on a service, put a little more effort on giving it a clean before you return the car.
